AUTO LEAK CHECK

The automatic leak check machine provides an accurate means of case to cover seal testing.

The advantages of the Farmer Punch include the rapid rate at which the containers are processed and the ability to test cases in the production line, after the heat seal machine. Unattended operation time is greatly enhanced and worker productivity increased.

The Farmer leak check machine uses differential pressure gauges, bubble tight air valves, precision regulators to ensure correct fill pressure and PLC controls.

No tools are required for quick changeover.
